Please ensure you book your shuttle with the receptionist on arrival as we do not pre book shuttles. Please be aware that our airport shuttle is complimentary and is on a so first in first-served basis and it goes every hour on the hour only from 3 AM.
HOW DO I ARRANGE AIRPORT SHUTTLE PICK UP?
Once you have collected all your luggage and are ready to go, please phone us on 09-2750539 or Freephone 0800 801 555 for a pick-up, listen to the phone prompts and PRESS 2 which will put you through to the driver as he may be at the airport at the time of your call. Please be patient as there may be a queue.
FROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Please follow the "Shuttle" sign, walk through a tunnel to Shuttle Pickup Area #1
FROM DOMESTIC AIRPORT: Please make you way to door 8.
HOW DO I GET 14 DAYS FREE PARKING?
One car per room, additional days may incur a surcharge of $5.00 per day fee. Please request a long term parking form to fill out at the reception, during your check-in.

Oakwood Manor is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside, away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?
All cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged for the accommodation. No shows and cancellation of nights after expected date of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee. Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made to the same payment method for the original transaction.

Each room is priced based on a set number of persons allowed. An additional person in the room is subject to a $25.00 per night fee.

Noise is strictly prohibited after 10 PM. Please be mindful of other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum throughout the premise. If there is a noise complaint from other guests or neighbors after 10 PM, you will be issued a warning. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be asked to leave the motel premises without a refund. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
CAN I BRING MY PET INTO THE ROOM?
Pets are allowed in the motel pet suite ONLY. Guests with pets who do not pre-confirm will be denied accommodation on arrival if we do not have a pet suite available. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture; must not be left in the room unattended; toileting in the room is strictly prohibited. Please clean up after your pets and keep them within your control at all times. Motel reserves the right to contact animal control to have a pet removed if your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
