MOTEL POLICIES

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

Check-In is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. 

Check-Out is before 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Early check-in/late check-out only based on availability and may incur a surcharge of $20.00 per hour fee.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged for the accommodation. No shows and cancellation of nights after expected date of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee. Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original transaction.

Number of Persons in Room:

Each room is priced based on a set number of persons allowed. An additional person in the room is subject to a $25.00 per night fee.

Smoking Policy:

Oakwood Manor is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside, away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Noise Level Policy:

Noise is strictly prohibited after 10PM. Please be mindful of other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum throughout the premise. If there is a noise complaint from other guests or neighbours after 10PM, you will be issued a warning. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be asked to leave the motel premises without a refund. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed.

Credit Card Guarantees:

All reservations require credit card for pre-authorization and security purpose. No charge will be made against the card unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation OR any missing/damaged motel property found after the stay OR any costs which result by breach of the motel policy. Oakwood Manor reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

 

General:

Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest. The motel is not responsible for guest personal items. Theft or damage is the responsibility of the guest.
